- Banking changes — changing where money can be sent is the single most attacked operation in financial services, so it re-verifies identity and notifies you on every channel you have.
- Legal name changes — require documentation, because your name is part of your verified identity.
- Email and address — update freely; you’ll be notified at both the old and new destination.
If you ever receive a notification for a change you did not make, treat it as urgent — report it immediately.
