Three kinds of “wrong,” three fast paths:
What to report, where
- Suspicious contact — anyone asking for your password, a code, or payment to an address given by phone or email is not us. Stop, keep the message, and report it via the contact page.
- A listing that looks off — impersonation and fake-allocation schemes are real in this market; the fraud-prevention library shows the patterns, and reports are reviewed by a person.
- An account concern or error — include what you saw, when, and screenshots if you have them.
Reports are acknowledged, tracked, and answered — and if you’ve been targeted by a recovery scam after a loss elsewhere, read recovery scams before paying anyone who promises to get money back.
