InvestNow is a demonstration and reference experience. It is not a broker-dealer, exchange, ATS, or investment adviser, is not accepting orders or accounts, and nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation of any security.

The shared layer

Verify once. Invest anywhere on the platform.

One reusable profile — identity, entity, accreditation, tax, and banking — captured a single time and carried across every offering on InvestNow and every account at Investor Services. No sponsor portal makes you start over.

The problem it removes

Private-market onboarding is structurally repetitive. Every sponsor asks for substantially the same identity, entity, ownership, accreditation, tax, and banking details — and today you supply them again, from scratch, every time. The Passport captures that information once as a durable, versioned profile and reuses it.

What the Passport holds

  • Identity & contact
  • Entity documents
  • Beneficial ownership
  • Accreditation and qualification
  • Tax classification (W-9 / W-8)
  • Banking instructions
  • Authorized signers
  • Consents & permissions

A shared profile, not a shared risk

Reusing data usually means widening exposure. The Passport does the opposite. Every field stays tokenized until a specific request earns a specific, per-record grant — denied by default. A sponsor sees only the records you release, for the offering you release them to, and every share is written to a tamper-evident audit trail. When an agent acts for you, it is held to the intersection of your rights and its own.

It stays current. The Passport tracks document validity and prompts you before an ID, accreditation, or agreement expires — so you are never blocked at funding.

Planned capability shown for demonstration. The Investor Passport does not change any sponsor’s own requirements, and reuse of a document does not constitute verification or a recommendation of any offering.
