Compare private offerings on the same standard.

A marketplace grid makes every deal look like a product SKU. InvestNow describes every offering with the same profile, so you can weigh fees, liquidity, duration, and terms on facts — before a single dollar moves.

The Standardized Fund Profile

One information architecture, applied to every opportunity. No offering can hide a term by simply not mentioning it.

Every offering answers the same fields

  • Strategy, structure, and sponsor track record
  • Management and incentive fees, and minimum investment
  • Investor eligibility and account / custody compatibility
  • Liquidity structure, redemption rights, and transfer restrictions
  • Valuation methodology and reporting cadence
  • Tax documents and their timing
  • Principal risks, conflicts, and offering documents

Three scores, published with their methodology

A liquidity score, a fee-complexity score, and a transparency score make hard-to-read terms legible at a glance. They are informational constructs — not ratings of quality, suitability, or expected return, and not a recommendation.

Six sources, never blurred together

Comparison is only credible if you can see who said what. Every field is labeled by origin: sponsor-supplied, third-party data, InvestNow editorial, paid placement (always marked, and never able to move a score), and custody eligibility (whether Investor Services can hold it — not an endorsement). The sixth is the one we never provide: an investment recommendation. Individualized advice is routed to a licensed professional.
