Security & trust
Secured to the per-record standard
Most platforms check who you are at the front door and trust the rest of the building. InvestNow inherits the B5 Secure™ model: every request is checked at the record it touches.
Denied by default
An employee electing into a tender offer can elect only their own vested, eligible shares — not because a screen hides the rest, but because the authorization layer will not execute anything else.
Escrow that can’t wander
Program funds sit in segregated escrow accounts at a qualified trust or bank agent, sub-ledgered per participant, reconciled daily. Shares and cash move together or not at all.
On the record, permanently
Every state change writes to a tamper-evident audit log. Companies see their program’s full trail; each participant sees their own.
Agent-ready
When software acts on your behalf, it is held to the intersection of what you may do and what it may do — never more than either. Signed requests (RFC 9421) with a post-quantum path.
Security figures describe platform-lineage security and processing integrity, not investment performance. Private company securities remain speculative and illiquid regardless of how well they are custodied.
Responsible disclosure
We welcome reports from security researchers and operate under a good-faith safe harbor. See our Security Policy & Responsible Disclosure for scope and how to report, or write directly to security@investnow.com.
