Where we start
Employee liquidity — tender offers and recurring windows that let companies reward the people who built them without surrendering the cap table or the exit. From that foundation, the marketplace, data, and index products extend the same rails to investors and institutions.
What we are not
We are not a broker-dealer, exchange, or adviser today, and we won’t pretend otherwise: live trading launches when the registrations do, not before.
