Every listing presents the same three fields so offerings can be compared on one basis:
The standard fields
- Minimum investment — the smallest check the offering accepts. It says nothing about quality in either direction.
- Offering period — how long the offering remains open, or “evergreen” for continuous vehicles. A deadline is a fact, not an argument for urgency.
- Asset class — what you would actually own, which drives liquidity, taxes, and risk more than any name on the cover.
Below the fields: sector context, indicative pricing with its methodology linked, the transfer rules that govern the security, and the documents a real decision requires. A standardized card is a starting point for diligence — never a substitute for it.
