Institutional Trust Company is a proposed trust entity seeking a South Dakota non-depository trust charter; it is not yet chartered and is not accepting accounts, and no regulator has approved any application.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, in any jurisdiction, to any person. Nothing is a recommendation or a suitability determination. InvestNow is not an investment adviser and does not recommend investments.
3. We do not perform due diligence for you
We do not evaluate, approve, endorse, guarantee or validate any offering, sponsor, issuer or platform. Verification of identity, eligibility or assets, and the availability of custody and settlement, do not establish that an investment is suitable or advisable. Independent due diligence remains yours.
4. Private-market risk
Private-market investments are speculative and illiquid. You may lose some or all of your investment. Specific risks include: no public market and no assurance one will develop; transfer restrictions and lock-ups; long and uncertain holding periods; valuation that is periodic, estimated and often stale; capital calls and dilution; layered fees that compound; concentration; and dependence on a manager whose future results may differ from the past.
5. Figures shown on this site
Company data, pricing and returns shown in the marketplace and browse experiences are illustrative and labelled as such. Calculator outputs are arithmetic on inputs you supply — they are not forecasts, not offers, and not advice. Change an assumption and the answer changes; that is the point of them.
6. No allocation guidance
We do not publish a target allocation, a model portfolio, or a private versus public return comparison. A target allocation is investment advice and depends on circumstances we do not know. Why private markets, and why now states this on the page and names three questions instead — time horizon, liquidity need and concentration.
7. How InvestNow is licensed
Access is licensed per Investor Passport. A Passport may be held by an individual or on behalf of an entity, and is held by an authorised person. Passports are hierarchical: an authorised person above may terminate one below, and an approval gate may be configured so a transaction is not final until a named party approves it. Commercial terms are set out in the applicable order form, not on this page.

Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; reference implies no affiliation, endorsement or partnership. Availability of a third-party offering or service through this site is not endorsement of it.
